Customer Repair Service - important change when enquiring about an existing repair.

You can now contact Morrison FS direct at a local rate if you need information about an existing repair or need to change your appointment: call 0333 600 6160. 

New repairs or emergency repairs 
If you would like to report a new repair please call 0800 915 6660 (free from a landline), or at your local neighbourhood housing office.  Non-urgent repairs can also be booked online.

Gas Servicing Contractor 
Morrison FS are also in charge of our annual gas servicing and repairs on behalf of Aire Valley Homes. Customers who have a gas service due are contacted to make suitable arrangements for access.  For enquiries about an existing gas repair - call 0113 387 2240.
