We are responsible for managing over 15,000 homes on behalf of Leeds City Council. Our responsibilities include, repairs and maintenance, rent collection, letting empty homes and all other tenancy matters to a range of homes across a diverse area of Leeds. Pay Your Rent
You can pay your rent on-line or pay at the Post Office or any outlet displaying the PayPoint or Payzone logos. You could also set up a Direct Debit or Standing Order to pay your rent automatically each week. See our Pay Your Rent page for more details.

Rent a Home
Available Aire Valley Homes Leeds properties are advertised on the Leeds Homes website and in the Leeds Homes weekly magazine, which is published every Wednesday. Copies of the magazine are free to pick up at any local housing office or One-Stop Centre.

Request a Repair
All repairs, including emergency out of hours repairs, can be reported on our free phone number 0800 915 6660. Alternatively, please use our Housecall system to report a non-emergency repair on-line.
Customers living in the Swarcliffe PFI area can also report non-emergency repairs online via Yorkshire Housing.
