Aire Valley Homes is an Arms Length Management Organisation, also known as an ALMO. We manage over 15,000 properties in the South and South East parts of Leeds, on behalf of Leeds City Council.
We are responsible for:

collecting rent

managing your estates

inspecting and arranging day-to-day repairs to your homes

dealing with breaches of tenancy

consulting customers so everyone has the opportunity to influence how the service is run

letting homes

managing and arranging the modernisation and improvement of homes
We are a not-for-profit company and are wholly owned by the local authority. We are an autonomous, self-governing organisation under the leadership of a board of directors, which includes tenants, local Councillors and independent members. For more information about our Board, please click here.
