Aire Valley Homes Leeds are being inspected by the Audit Commission. The inspection visit took place from the 16 - 27 June 2008, although the inspection actually started before that with the inspectors carrying out a review of our key policies and documents and conducting mystery shopping of our services.

The inspectors spent two weeks on-site, visiting our offices and properties and meeting with staff and customers. They will then make an overall judgememt on the quality of services we provide and produce a report giving us two ratings. One is a star rating for the quality of our service and the second is a judgement on our prospects for improvement.

In 2004, the two ALMOs which came together to form Aire Valley Homes (Leeds South Homes and Leeds South East Homes) were judged as good (2-star) organisations with promising prospects for improvement. Their detailed inspection reports can be downloaded from the links on the right.
