• Keep your home in a good state of decoration and your garden tidy
• Respect communal areas and amenities
• Be responsible for your children and anyone visiting your home
• Take responsibility for your pets
• Park vehicles sensitively and considerately
• Report any incidences of crime or vandalism
• Be respectful of the differences of others within the community
