Mobile Office

Our Mobile Office (affectionately known as Mo) has been out and about visiting communities and acting as a focal point at tenant surgeries and local events since last summer.



The Mobile Office allows tenants and residents to access our services ‘on their doorstep’. Helping people access us who would normally find it difficult to do so. Whenever Mo is present customers will be able to talk to our staff about; repairs, rent, benefits, anti-social behaviour and customer involvment alongside any other issues. Our staff will endeavour to provide an on-the-spot solution and where this is not possible will keep customers informed as to the next step in sorting out their enquiry. 

We will also be using Mo in partnership with others to ensure that all our communities have access to beneficial and vital services.

The Mobile Office has:

• Fully accessible disabled access
• Comfortable and fully furnished private interview room
• Heating and air conditioning
• A wide range of information and resources
