Want to get involved to talk about a specific issue in a way that's easy for you?

Our Customer Panel is a group of tenants and leaseholders who perhaps can't attend  formal meetings, but would still like to have their views known on a more informal basis. You don’t have to attend a meeting as we will post, telephone or email information on your views, whichever is easiest for you, about the topics that you are most intersted in.

Some customers have joined the panel to say they are interested in environmental issues – so if we planned a focus group, postal or telephone survey about environmental issues we would get in touch.  Other customers have said they are happy to be consulted on a range of issues. 

The idea is to communicate in a way that's easy for our customers and gives everyone the opportunity to get involved.
