We do not have a Tenants & Residents Association, who do we contact?
You can contact the Customer Involvement Officers who will discuss how to form a Tenants and Residents Association and offer support. Or you could join our Customer Panel - a list of people who are happy to be consulted about a range of issues in a way (i.e. over the phone, a survey, an email, one-off focus group) that's easy for them.
I own my own house, or rent from a private landlord - can I still get involved?
Yes you can. Tenants and Residents Associations cover everyone who lives in a defined area. We also recognise that everyone living in a neighbourhood has knowledge and ideas about how things can be improved. We will listen to everyone.
How many people do we need to form a Tenants & Residents Association?
Even if there are only a couple of people interested at first it’s worth holding an open meeting. You will eventually need at least a Chair, Secretary and Treasurer.
