Greater communication between tenants, leaseholders and ourselves should result in an improved relationship between us all, ensuring a better understanding and a more sensitive and responsive housing service.
This we hope will lead to greater tenant and leaseholder satisfaction. A real sense of community and purpose can be developed. Residents can develop their skills and abilities for the benefit of their whole community.
