Tenant Scrutiny Panel- Recruiting over!
After lots of advertising and promotion of this fantastic new involvement opportunity, we are really pleased to announce that the new Tenant Scrutiny Panel has now been recruited to.
A steering group of tenants has worked hard over the past eight months planning how the new Tenant Scrutiny Panel will work, what it’s role will be within Aire Valley Homes, how the panel will represent tenants and how tenants can be involved and support the new panel.
The steering group put a lot of thought and consideration into the recruitment to the new panel; as with the rest of the scrutiny process, the steering group felt that the recruitment process should be tenant-led, therefore it was a group of six tenants and residents that selected the panel members.

Following a varied training and development programme in the coming weeks, panel members will start their work as the new Tenant Scrutiny Panel. Their key role will be to review the services that tenants receive and then make recommendations for improvement.
