Each year we carry out a programme of major repairs to homes such as fitting new kitchens or new roofs.
Together these works make up our investment programme which when complete will ensure all our homes meet the Government's Decent Homes standard. Further information regarding the standard can be found by following the What is a Decent Home link on the right.
We have an investment team and a number of Project Liaison Officers who will make sure any improvements that take place go ahead as smoothly as possible and take your needs into account. Our Project Liaison Officers are:

Decent Homes and Decency Plus - the Aire Valley Homes Standard
We are working hard to bring all our 16,000 properties up to the Government's Decent Homes Standard by 2010. Not every home will require work doing to meet the standard. Some homes will not require any work. However, where work is deemed necessary, we will apply the Aire Valley Homes Standard, which is a higher standard than the Decent Homes standard.
