Are you a council tenant? Do you have spare bedrooms that you no longer need? Would you like to move to a smaller home? You could receive £1,000 per bedroom given up.
Leeds City Council are running an Under Occupiers Incentive Scheme to encourage tenants in larger family sized houses who no longer need all the bedrooms they have to move into smaller properties. This will then free up these houses for families in need.
