Catch Up Weeks

If you are up to date with your rent there are 4 occasions during the year when you do not need to make a payment for that weeks rent.

However, if you are behind with your rent you must continue with your payments so that you reduce your arrears.

These are known as 'Catch Up' weeks and are on weeks commencing:

  • 26 May 2008 (May Bank Holiday)
  • 25 August 2008 (August Bank Holiday)
  • 22 December 2008 (Christmas week)
  • 29 December 2008 (New Year week)

Please note that if you pay by Monthly Direct Debit these weeks have already been included in your payment schedule. 

PAY TO STAY

Remember, it is important that you pay your rent on time.

Your rent is due weekly in advance. If you're paying fortnightly or monthly, make sure you pay on the first week of the cycle so your account doesn't go into arrears.
