On 23 January 2008 we held our first tenant focus group meeting to look at our policy on rent and arrears collection. Tenants from across the ALMO joined in a lively debate, showing that the ways we collect rent, tackle arrears and provide advice are very important to our customers.
Tenant Board members and our Customer Accounts Manager were on hand to answer questions about the policy and listen to how our tenants thought the policy could be improved. Their views have been taken on board and worked into the policy.
